The image below evidences that Ron Masak and Donald Trump have the same exact biological wife (though one called Kay Knebes and the other Ivana Trump respectively). Kay Knebes and Ivana Trump have two very distinctive and identifiable features, their chin and ears - the former being far easier to see. Examining the images of Kay Knebes, see how the sides of her face are relatively square and then (suddenly) a sharp angle to her jaw, down to a fairly pointed chin (with a slight protrusion to it).
Ivana Trump has exactly the same profile of jaw and chin. Because of the (distracting) shadow under her chin, it's easier to see the profile of Ivana Trump's jaw and chin by making the image below, smaller rather than larger.
